Your personal data is processed solely for the purpose of ensuring the proper functioning of the Services and customer service, in particular:

The legal basis for our processing of your personal data is:
- Performance of the concluded contract (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO),
- performance of obligations under the legal provision of the Commercial Code, Civil Code, tax regulations( art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO),
- ARGO’s legitimate interest in providing proper service to Users and Customers, as well as the possible assertion of claims ( art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO),
- consented to their processing for marketing of products and services (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO).
Your rights in relation to data processing
1. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data carried out on the basis of your consent. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the processing activities performed so far.
2. You have the right to access your personal data and to receive a copy of it.
3.You have the right to have your personal data rectified or transferred to a designated entity.
4. You have the right to erasure and restriction of the processing of personal data, as long as this request does not contradict a legal requirement mandating the processing of data. Any deletion or restriction of data processing will not affect the processing activities performed to date.
5. You have the right to object to the processing of data for direct marketing purposes. If you exercise this right, we will stop processing your data for this purpose.
6. You may request information from ARGO about the extent of our processing of your personal data.
7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that we are processing your data in a non-compliant manner.
8. We are obliged to inform you of the actions we have taken, no later than one month after receiving the information.
Storage time of personal data
Personal data resulting from the conclusion of a contract/purchase will be processed for the period during which claims related to this contract/purchase may arise or there are other legal grounds ordering their processing.
We may process data processed for direct marketing of our products and services until you withdraw your consent or object.
